ORIGINS
Aether Experience was born from a simple observation.
Existing approaches didn’t go deep enough.
Not because they were bad. But because they didn’t get past the symptoms. They never addressed the root cause.
Paol entered the workforce at the age of fourteen. Out of necessity. This early exposure to environments that allowed no room for half measures instilled something lasting in him: the habit of digging down to the root cause of a problem, rather than skimming the surface.
At sixteen, he had an accident on a construction site. The rear wheel of a loaded tractor ran him over, from head to toe. Medical tests didn't reveal anything serious. However, what he experienced second after is somewhat inexplicable :
It was a brief loss of consciousness, something like being entirely stripped down to the core, and upon emerging, an immediate certainty that many things no longer made sense.

That moment gave him a different lense on the value

The following years led him into the field of personal development. This is where he discovered a genuine passion for understanding human mechanisms, gaining a new perspective on himself and others.
He also discovered the other side of the coin : abuse, manipulation, indoctrination, and systems built on beliefs lacking any foundation or serious research.
This dual exposure led him to become extremely strict on certain points. He started to combine concepts from personal development with neuroscience, physics, and recent research. Not to validate beliefs, but to sort out what actually held up from what had simply no real foundation.
What followed was a decade of hands-on experience in developing his methodology. Not in a classroom, but directly in the field, working with people facing real-world, challenging situations without any safety net.
Disruptive Reconstruction and Aether Experience is what he built as the direct result of all of that experience. Not from what he learned, but from what he went through and then systematized.
